As part of the Operation team, your mission will focus on mobile offers configuration for our Customers ‘cell phone plans.
You will :
- Configure the Rate Cards in our Rating engine.
- Perform acceptance tests on the Rating and offer configurations.
- Troubleshoot incidents and technical issues in conjunction with customers and corporate technical teams.
- Study the Customer requests with our Sales department.
- Define and specify internal tools evolutions.
You have a higher education diploma or degree in technology and have already worked successfully in an IT or telecom department as a technician (billing, provisioning or support).
You have the following technical skills:
- Data management and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Linux environment.
- SQL query basics.
- Internet and cell phone basic architecture.
- Troubleshooting/investigation methodology.
In contact with multiple internal teams (Support, marketing, pre-sales) or Customers worldwide, you have effective communication skills in English.
Rigorous and reliable, you get on well with others, enjoy working as part of a team, and can communicate with experts in other domains.
