Based in Paris (La Défense), you will join the 6-person IoT (Internet of Things) Marketing Management team. The internship aims to support Transatel’s growth in Brazilian market by addressing increasing demands related to regulatory reporting, prospects engagement and clients support in the IoT field.
Your work will be crucial in ensuring Transatel compliance with Brazilian regulation, you will be responsible for assisting business activities related to the Brazilian market, managing reports for the Brazilian National Telecommunication Agency, supporting sales with documents, presentations and tool demonstration. Finally, you will handle the marketing & communication efforts for the specific region.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, creating, and updating recurring reports for the Brazil National Telecommunication Agency (ANATEL).
- Assisting sales by providing supporting business documentation (contracts, confidentiality agreement and business technical).
- Maintaining the Brazilian Portuguese version of customer tools, such as trouble ticketing and network management systems.
- Executing IoT Management tool demonstrations for prospects and training customers on their use.
- Supporting post-sales activities, such as customer onboarding and training.
You are a highly motivated candidate looking for a six-month end-of-study internship to validate a Master 2 degree in Business or Marketing Management.
The world of telecoms and IoT particularly attracts you, and you are looking for an internship combining business and technical product knowledge.
You are autonomous, organized, curious, and possess strong analytical, customer interaction, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel skills, as well as summarizing abilities.
You have fluency in Portuguese and English or French, and you have a Brazilian citizenship.
