Within the Information Systems and Operations group, you ensure the diagnosis and rigorous monitoring of technical incidents.
In this position, you interact with technical platform providers, mobile operators and Transatel technical teams in order to resolve technical incidents.
You provide service incident reporting to customers and suppliers.
You participate in telecom services testing.
You’re in charge of back office operations, configuration of services/telecom platforms: modification of tariff plans, launching of new MVNO offers, provisioning.
You’re available on flexible work schedules, possible participation in ‘on-call’ technical support.
Graduate with a 2 year degree (BTS/DUT, BTEC Higher National Diploma, Associate’s degree, technical certificate, etc.), you have previous experience with a NOC operator (preferably GSM mobile), or as an IT support technician (Billing, CRM, Provisioning).
You possess some or all of the following technical skills:
- Unix / Linux
- Data management and analysis in Excel spreadsheets
- Knowledge of network architecture/services
- Proficiency with the internet and mobile telephony
- Troubleshooting/Investigation (methodology)
Curious and organised, you know how to handle stress and give instructions. You have a real sense of customer service and good communication skills.
You are fluent in English.
