Mobile roaming services provider Transatel announced an extension of its agreement with Microsoft. Windows 10 laptops with 3G/4G connectivity come with a Transatel Sim card, allowing users to purchase access to mobile internet services in multiple countries. The prepaid mobile credit is billed on the Windows account.The agreement with Transatel is part of Microsoft’s efforts to promote the mobile internet functionality of Windows devices, in addition to Wi-Fi. Transatel uses an international mobile network code providing access at local rates in 28 countries.
