According to Verge, Microsoft has a new Cellular Data app in its app store, that enables users with a Windows 10 device and Microsoft SIM to purchase data using their Microsoft account. Clicking the Wi-Fi icon in the app throws up a list of networks that they can choose from to connect to people across the country. International plans are not yet available. PC world points to an agreement between Microsoft and French company Transatel that could be the basis for this service. Transatel offers 3G/4G-LTE data connectivity in more than 38 countries and has plans of expanding to 50 this quarter. Apple also offers a SIM with some devices.
