Vos missions
Transatel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IoT Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions. As an IoT Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, with a real leadership role across the organization.
You will lead, mentor, and motivate a Sales Team of 10 people; with the objective to grow this team to 20 people at least. You main missions will be:
- Grow internationally the business.
- With the account managers, manage proactively the customer base which already includes some large accounts.
- Develop direct and indirect channels.
- Develop synergies with parent companies of NTT Data Inc as well as sisters’ companies like NTT Com and NTT Docomo
- Develop strong synergies with Product Marketing and Communication teams.
- Stay updated on IoT industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Transatel’ s reach and market presence. It may include our “Ubigi for business” activity.
Votre profil
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector
- Experience of working with big organization such as NTT
- Understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- English/french fluent
- Willingness to travel as needed.
