Compensation & Benefits
Remuneration Package
            - Fixed salary over 12 months, including tax-free overtime up to €7500/year
 - Qualitative bonus based on individual performance objectives, representing 5% to 20% of fixed salary
 - Incentives based on collective performance objectives, representing up to 10% of salaries (paid twice a year).
 - Profit-sharing of up to 8% of salary (paid once a year).
 - Possibility of investing profit-sharing and incentive payments in a Company Savings Plan (PEE) or a Retirement Savings Plan (PER)
 - Salary committees every 6 months, with potential review of the fixed salary and/or bonus
