Since March 1st 2020, companies of 50 and more employees publish an index based on five criteria to measure french companies’ compliance with gender pay equality.
In 2019, Transatel received the global mark of 84/100 in the equal gender pay index. We are proud to say that for 2020, we have improved our mark by two points, scoring 86/100 in gender pay equality.
Our company, strengthened by 250 employees from 40 nationalities, continuously produces efforts to improve the attractivity and evolution requirements allowing women to reach the same level of income and career advancement as men.

Working conditions under COVID-19
Our collaborators’ health and security is our priority. Transatel follows the Ministry of Labour’s regulations to ensure the safest working conditions for all its employees. The majority of our collaborators are remote working. When working in our offices, every employee respects the sanitary protocol set: minimum distance between colleagues, wearing the mask at all times and circulation regulation.
In this context, our teams contribute to Transatel’s growth by relying on conference calls for interviews.
