Remuneration Package
  • Fixed salary over 12 months, including tax-free overtime up to €7500/year
  • Qualitative bonus based on individual performance objectives, representing 5% to 20% of fixed salary
  • Incentives based on collective performance objectives, representing up to 10% of salaries (paid twice a year).
  • Profit-sharing of up to 8% of salary (paid once a year).
  • Possibility of investing profit-sharing and incentive payments in a Company Savings Plan (PEE) or a Retirement Savings Plan (PER)
