About Mega

Electricity and natural gas are as essential as water and must be accessible to everyone at a fair price and in a simple way. With this motto, two Liège entrepreneurs founded Mega in 2013 in Belgium. Their goal was to provide affordable, green energy with high-quality service. Now aiming to help families control their monthly bills by combining energy and communication services for a lower total price while promising the same level of mobile connectivity, they offer budget-friendly telecom subscriptions. Through the ‘myMega’ mobile app, customers can easily manage their subscriptions, monitor usage, and control their spending, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective experience.

Why launching an MVNO?  

As a product, mobile subscriptions are very similar to energy contracts. For us, this unique position as both an energy and telecom provider helps us differentiate ourselves from other competitors in both industries. That is why we seized the opportunity to expand and diversify their activities by launching Mega Telecom. By entering the mobile telephony market, our main targets are to reduce churn rates, the customer acquisition costs, and increase the overall Average Revenue Per User (ARPU).
