The operational marketing Intern will join the Marketing & Support Operations team in charge of the BtoC offers of Ubigi.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pricing Management: Manage monthly pricing updates in coordination with the pricing team. Analyze pricing performance and suggest adjustments to optimize revenue.
- Management of Marketplaces and Online Sales Channels: Monitor and manage product presentations across various online sales platforms (Amazon, Google Shopping, etc.). Optimize listings to improve visibility and sales.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational marketing processes. Propose and implement solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Strategic Proposals: Contribute to the development of operational marketing strategies. Prepare proposals based on market data analysis, trends, and internal performance insights.
- Content Management and Communication: Participate in creating and updating content for various online communication channels, ensuring alignment with pricing updates and promotions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on the performance of marketplaces and online sales channels. Use data to make strategic recommendations.
- Manage automated email campaigns.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excel savvy and the complete range of Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and familiar with business analytics tools.
- Strong interest in digital and operational marketing, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative and able to produce visuals and videos (with Canva, Adobe Premiere…)
