Reporting to the Communications Director, you will join a team of 3 people and actively participate in the implementation of our B2B communications strategy with the following objectives:
The development of Transatel’s image, notoriety and reputation with international companies, candidates and employees.
The acceleration of commercial growth through the generation of traffic and qualified leads for our mobile telephony and IoT activities.
In this versatile role, you will work across all our communication and operational marketing channels. In particular, you will be responsible for :
- Events: identification, planning and promotion of trade fairs attended by Transatel’s sales teams in France and abroad (internal and external coordination with organisers, stand design and construction, logistics, rigorous management of schedules and budgets). 1 to 2 trade fairs or conferences per month on average. Occasional organisation of in-house events (customer meetings, webinars, etc.).
- Social networking: planning, writing and publishing daily LinkedIn and X (Twitter) posts and occasionally YouTube posts in order to develop Transatel’s commitment and visibility beyond its community. Depending on current events, taking part in telecoms and IoT industry discussions, reacting to our partners’ speeches, while monitoring the activity of our competitors. Monitoring KPIs and reporting.
- Content creation and production monitoring: writing and formatting French/English content for the transatel.com website and our social networks (web pages, blog articles, videos, infographics, newsletters, white papers, etc.). For the creation of print and digital media, you will brief our in-house studio of graphic designers and integrators/developers and monitor projects through to delivery or distribution.
With at least 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in the B2B sector (tech, IT, telecoms), you are an autonomous and rigorous communications project manager.
Proactive and organised, you are able to anticipate and manage several priorities simultaneously. You have a keen sense of the responsibilities entrusted to you and are able to mobilise the internal and external resources needed to bring your projects to a successful conclusion while respecting schedules and quality requirements.
You are a creative thinker and can communicate your ideas enthusiastically and effectively.
Bilingual, your writing skills are proven and your spelling impeccable, in both French and English.
You have a good command of the graphics chain and digital marketing platforms (CMS WordPress, Canvas, Photoshop, Balsamiq, Mailchimp or equivalent, etc.). Good video editing skills are a real plus. Google, LinkedIn and SEO certifications highly appreciated.
