Your mission

Transatel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the fast-paced world of connectivity solutions. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across all our businesses, forging strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Transatel’s business objectives and growth plans.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of 15 people, to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Customer Engagement: Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on IoT and MVNO industry trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decisions.

  • Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand Transatel’s reach and market presence.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, and optimizing sales processes for efficiency.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Your profile

Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector

Strong understanding of connectivity solutions, IoT, M2M, and eSIM technologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and manage a sales team

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth

English/french fluent

Willingness to travel as needed
