Your missions
Reporting to the CFO and Head of Purchasing, you will implement the purchasing strategy by negotiating optimised purchasing conditions for goods and services for the company.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Managing all of the company’s purchases (hardware, licences, software, etc.):
- Sourcing suppliers in conjunction with the technical teams
- Negotiation of commercial proposals: prices, deadlines, etc.
- Participation in contractualisation
- Supplier follow-up :
- Manage relations with suppliers
- Management of any disputes
- Renegotiation of contracts
- Setting up, monitoring and analysing indicators / management charts
- Participation in the improvement of purchasing processes (reflection on tools or others)
Your profile
- You have a first successful experience as a buyer of technical products
- You are very comfortable in English (both written and spoken)
- You are a good negotiator, you know how to make proposals and convince people, while using a collaborative approach
- You have the following qualities: good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, organisation, rigour
- You have a good command of the office pack (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
