At our Technical and Operations Headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our IT architecture for telecom services. As a key member of our dynamic and diverse team, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Data Warehouse Development and Operations: Lead the development and maintenance of our data warehouse to ensure optimal data management and reporting.
- Machine Learning for Predictive Analytics: Utilize your expertise in machine learning to develop and manage predictive models that enhance our telecom services.
- Microsoft Power Automate Flows: Design and operate workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, streamlining business processes and increasing automation.
- API Integration: Bridge the gap between diverse tools and environments by creating seamless API integrations, fostering data flow and interoperability.
- Data Visualization Dashboards: Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards that provide actionable insights for our telecom operations.
- Technical Incident Diagnostics: Conduct thorough diagnostics and provide diligent follow-up on technical incidents within our IT architecture.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with technical platform suppliers, mobile operators, and Transatel’s technical teams to resolve technical incidents efficiently.
- Effective Communication: Be the point of contact for communicating service incidents to both customers and suppliers, ensuring transparency and timely resolution.
- Configuration of Telecom Services: Take charge of configuring telecom services and platforms, including pricing plan modifications, launching new MVNO offers, and provisioning services effectively.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility by being available for any necessary work hours to support our telecom operations.
- Educational Background: Possess a higher education diploma or degree in a Data Science, AI, Big Data, or IT related field, with a successful track record in an NOC operator (preferably Core Mobile) or IT support.
- Framework Familiarity: Be well-versed in ITIL and/or eTOM, PMP, Agile project management frameworks, and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Soft Skills: Possess excellent communication, teamwork, organization, intrapreneurship, creativity, and innovation skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Personality Traits: Demonstrate organizational skills, curiosity, stress management, and effective teaching capabilities. Show a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French mandatory
