Within the Technical and Information Systems Department, we are looking for a Product Owner to work on our shared platform serving all our activities (IoT, MVNO/A/E, etc.).
As a Product Owner attached to a functional area, you will join a team of developers and testers and will interact closely with one or more product managers. The aim of this team is to continuously improve the services provided to our users (B2B and B2C).
You’ll also be asked to share best practice (agile or otherwise) in order to improve the company’s overall efficiency!
Carry out the studies in which you participate:
Check that the need matches your product strategy
Identify the impact
Possibly carry out POCs to confirm your intuitions and/or your estimates
Macro estimate all the tasks to be implemented within the team
If necessary, lead the technical design team to meet the predefined deadlines
Completing the project entrusted to you
Participate in the design of itineraries and the enhancement of functionalities
Break down requirements into expected functionalities
Write and prioritise User Stories according to their value and external constraints (customer deadline, requirements for another team, etc.)
Monitor the construction of the product through the various team bodies (DSM, refinement, cross-checks, etc.)
Working in coordination with the functional architects and other POs to deal with sticking points
Identifying risks, implementing a mitigation plan and raising alerts where necessary
Monitor product performance
Implement measures to monitor the use and performance of the product
Track and prioritise anomalies to ensure rapid correction
Suggest improvements based on the above points
Contribute to the ambitions and progress of the product
Working closely with stakeholders (Product Manager, support teams, etc.) to re-evaluate and improve the product strategy
Keep the product up to date (technologies, versioning, etc.)

You have a degree in Computer/Telecoms Engineering or a Masters 2 in Information Systems or Engineering Sciences.
You will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, ideally gained in a telecoms or IS environment with a high level of business complexity. A technical background would be a plus.
Your skills and qualities :
Knowledge of AGILE methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) ;
Ability to work with several teams on interdependent projects: coordination, solidarity, fluid communication, etc.
Ability to understand a rich and complex functional system
General technical skills (front and back)
Ability to write, summarise and analyse
Autonomy and rigour
Dynamic, responsive, pro-active and able to put forward proposals
Good level of spoken English (used almost daily).
