Ubigi, a global leader in eSIM connectivity services, is seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

You are passionate about customers’ experience, you are the “go to person” for every product related query and you love working with various stakeholders? This position is for you!

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the customer journey for eSIM and continuously improving the user experience.


  • Actively participate in the evolution of the eSIM customer journey (web and app) by closely collaborating with UX and development teams. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features and enhancements that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain an active watch on regular OS and device updates to ensure the updating of tutorials and user guides. You will stay informed about the latest trends and features in devices to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Be responsible for updating various tutorials and user guides to assist customers in discovering the eSIM service and providing quality technical support.
  • Collaborate with the customer support teams to identify recurring issues and propose appropriate solutions to continuously improve the customer experience and satisfaction.

Please note that the Ubigi application is also used by a significant number of connected car customers (Jaguar, Land Rover, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, BMW), and any updates made to the Ubigi mobile application should also cater to this market segment.

Your profile


  • Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally in the mobile technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the customer journey and the ability to develop features that meet user needs and expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, devices, and their updates. Active monitoring of the latest updates is essential to keep tutorials up to date.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with UX, development, and customer support teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a quality user experience, ensuring tutorials and user guides are clear, comprehensive, and easy to follow.
