Pan-European agreement enables businesses to simplify procurement for cutting-edge business connectivity solutions

Barcelona, May 7, 2025  –  TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) has announced a pan-European distribution agreement with Transatel, an NTT company and pioneer in global cellular connectivity, to transform how companies procure secure, cost-effective wireless 5G connectivity, enabling remote workforce and operation management for cellular-enabled devices such as PCs, 5G routers, tablets, and mobile phones. 

TD SYNNEX will open new revenue streams for IT resellers, offering them the possibility to package Transatel’s Ubigi cellular connectivity plans with cellular-enabled devices such as PCs, 5G routers, tablets, and mobile phones. This will enable resellers to augment their value propositions, addressing the needs of businesses and public entities wanting to connect their distributed and critical workforce with Ubigi SIM or eSIM-enabled connectivity, while unifying and simplifying the procurement processes. 

In a second phase of this collaboration, Transatel and TD SYNNEX will empower businesses to effortlessly connect their advanced edge and remote IoT devices to create a secure and always-connected environment.
